All of the 11 rooms in the Inn are unique.
Rates vary based on the size of the room and bath, as well as the quality of the view.

Camden Hills rooms - these are our premium rooms, quiet comfortable, with a king bed and beautiful river view.

Penobscot Bay rooms - these rooms have two queen beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 occupants.

Acadia Rooms - these rooms are located either on the 2nd or 3rd floor (stairs access only), have either a queen or king bed (please request), are quiet and comfortable with down duvets and various views.

Rates are based on double occupancy and include free parking and breakfast each morning at a neighboring café. Rates are subject to change at any time and do not include Maine’s 7% lodging tax. Most rooms may only have three occupants, 2 rooms have space for four occupants. Single rollaway beds are available in limited quantities. An additional guest in any room is $25 each per night and children under 2 stay free. 

The Inn is a non-smoking property and cannot accommodate pets. We require a one night’s deposit at time of reservation.

Check In and Check Out

Rooms are available for check in at 3pm. We will make every attempt to honor an early check in when requested ahead of time, but cannot guarantee room availability until 3pm. You are welcome to enjoy the Inn and store luggage should you arrive early. Check out time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy

Should you find it necessary to cancel for any reason we require 14 days notice. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date and we are unable to rent the room reserved for you, the room charge will be billed to your credit card. There is a $25 bookkeeping fee for any cancellation.
